I it allowd to put a 40ft Hc (12m) Shipconteiner on a Residential land "Boligtomter"
I am reading a lot about that and the rules and i am confused that you have to apply for most like everything. Also there are a lot of regulationsm what and what is not allowd to build.
I understand the system. Its going about insurance and the Neighborhood environment

So whats the plan.

The plan is to use a ShipContainer and make a small house out of it. With no public Water/wastewater ore energy. We want make it off-grid. There are a handful of companies in Norway who build these containers. Inkluding the standars "Tek10" But we want to do it by our self. from scratch.

For me as a foreigner, the home market feels very overpriced and without alternative
And living in a cabin is not realy leagal. just with some extra rules

I know. that was much information in one post.
Maybe some of you guys have some informations.
