Grounding cable connection

Hello, I'm writing from Italy.
I would like to submit to a questione related to the connection system between hearting cable and the steel structure of our prefabbricated bathroom.
Attached you can find a picture of our standard connection by self-threading screw.
Please consider that in general the position of this kind of connection is not accessible, for maintenance pourpose, after the completion of the entire building.
Our norwegian customer pointed out that, due to the not accesible position, the connection method is not allowed by local regulation (the concern is related to the reliability of the connection due to not-possibility to clamp it again in case of needs) .
First of all I need to understand the regulation requirement about this kind of connection. Also can you suggest an approved method of connection for this specific requirement?
Thanks

Hopefully I have understood you correctly. The ground cable is supposed to go from the steel structure to the earth bar that is in your fuse box, also you need to have the right cross-section on the cable, it should not be less than 6mm2 in this case (NEK400:2014.544.1).
thank you very much for your support.
It is correct, the cable connect ths steel structure with the junction box.
The question is related to the connection, can we use the self-threading screw or we are forced to use something else?
Also is the section recommended or mandatory? We usually use a 4 mmq section.

You will need a crimping tool for this.
cembre is a good connector, anyway our problem is the connection between lugs and steel structure not between cable and lugs. In conclusion the concern of our customer is the screw, any suggestion for an alternative to the screw?
