Hi ,
Sorry that Iam writing in English , will try writing in norsk soon.
With regard to money transfer, I suggest use of FokusBank, they have always given good exchange rates.
Also , I have noticed that the Norsk krone usually goes higher up in the middle of the week.

I have heard of agencies in Uk which transfer money at good exchange rates but have not tried them myself.

When using SWIFT transfer, you will get the official exchange rate.  This is the recommended transfer method when both the sender and the receiver has a bank account in a bank connected to the SWIFT system.  The banks only differ in the additional transfer costs, which are specified separately.

If there were a clear pattern that the Krone would go up a specific part of the week, then somebody would detect this and start trading to exploit this, until the pattern disappears.  I am not saying that such patterns don't exist, because they certainly do, but I don't believe that normal people without a need to place or transfer huge amounts will profit noticeably from trying to exploit these patterns.  There are large numbers of traders, both manual and computer-based, who are constantly watching the markets using lots of sophisticated statistical tools and trading rules, trying to snatch such possibilities before us :-)
