Hello,

my neighbours decided to demolish an old house and build new one which is larger. New house will be blocking my sea view. 

All of the other neighbours are very unhappy.

We have just received a letter from kommune regarding new construction for agreement. 

Please advice what is the best strategy to fight it? Which arguments I need to mention to kommune to decrease their chances for new construction?
