Floor sound isolation

Hey I have a house and I rent out the second floor. The problem is the sound. I can't touch the ceiling underneath only the floor above. I was recommended to put silencio plates and fermacell plates. I just finished a room and I am afraid so far 0 results.
I have 2 small babies and they make a lot of noise. It is very important to fix it. Any ideas are appreciated.

The problem is that normal sound from the room travel trough air so total air thightness is importanant
This is normally done by “lydbøyler» in the ceiling below. It explain the problem not the solution
