I plan to paint kitchen and bathroom tiles. The paint area is around 12 to 15 sqm. I need to help prepare the shopping list with good quality material for the following

They looks ok now, if you do it both roms will be graded need full rebuild if you are going to sell it, i.e the value will drop a lot.
In kitchen it may be ok. No experience. But in that case, you would need to clean them down with appropriate stuff. Then probably prep in some way to enable paint to bind.
