Planlime vask i kjøkkenbenk

I understand You choose "flush-fitted" sink.
If so - there is no problem to do it as You say. I do it like this:
you are right - for laminated tops one can only underglue sink under 0.6 laminate but as I understand Nyoppusser wants to groove sink flat in SOLID WOOD tops - and this is just ok.
You must know some sinks are dedicated to flush-fitted installation and keep their geometry quite well so you can rely on it and make grooving without the sink... But (as usual) the price makes the quality - or upside down
So it's always better to grove the setoff when You already have the sink lying aside and double-check everything.
When the grooving is done You have to use special "silicon sealant" - must be dedicated to cooperate with wood. Together with it You should buy grounder for wood - the one that drys in 100%. So first You ground / protect the cut-out, secondly You glue the sink with this silicone.
!!! remember to make a gap for about 2-3 mm left between the sink edge and the worktop edge. This will be filled with the silicone. And it is very wise to use paper tape to put on the worktop and on the sink ?(only gap will be left) so You won't make stains everywhere around.
If You don't know what I mean i shall draw this for You.
