Råd om baderom sluk i kjeller. Its a hole in the ground!

I am english speaking so will be easier to explain this in english. Men vær så snill og svare på norsk
I bought a house a year ago, it was built in 1970. I have found lots of issues and here is my latest...
The sluk in the baderom in the kjeller, it's like a hole in the ground. I have been checking my radon levels for a while, and there is definitely radon coming from the sluk.
When I opened the slukrist I see a big hole (see the picture). You can also see the previous slukrist just underneath. I guess they tiled over the old tiles. And then there is another slukrist further below, which is the original one it seems. The hole is about 30-40cm deep.
So I was wondering. Can I put in a new sluk like a Joti k-sluk and seal it properly so there is less radon?
What should I do? Do I dig up the whole floor? How would I connect the Joti sluk to the main drain?
I am pretty handy, so I would like to try myself if possible to fix it.
