Thermia Legend on/off - integral value

Hello Everyone, from Poland!
Sorry for my broken english, but still far better than my swedish :)
I'm a fresh user of Thermia Legend 13kw water-water heat pump.
Looks like powerfull device, keeps my home warm with absolutely no problem.
My conditions: 250m2 of surface, only radiators, house from 2007.
Thermia Legend 13kw with 3x100m of brine holes.
Room temperature: 20
Heat curve: 34 - at 0 celcius
Hysteresis: 15
Brine in temp: 6
Brine out temp: 2
Integral: it depends, Im testing :)
Im trying to understand this device as much as I can. So I found out that the key parameter to set is Integral.
I understand the idea how it works, its just simply some kind of heat demand indicator - the lower it goes, the more heat house needs.
My questions are:
1) at what lvl guys, You keep integral? Factory settings are -60, but with this setup my pump works 20 minutes and turns on every 1 hour. When I change integral to -150 then pump keeps working for over 40 minutes but then my supply temperature gets too warm (34 on heat curve, but it gets around 45-46) and as supply temperature gets warmer the pump works less efficient.
2) How many starts per 24h are still ok with our on/off heat pump? I'd like to keep my compressor working for many years and I've heard that many start stop cycles cuts it's life pretty hard.
I'm pretty sure many of experienced Thermia users have found their compromise already and I'd be very grateful for any advice :)
