PLC in the house (in English)

Hello. Writing in English, as it is easier for me. Others can reply in Norwegian. I can read and understand it.
Had a house built a few years ago. Not myself but a company did it for me. As one of the extras, I added "smart home" function to it. Not any brand, like Xcomfort or anything like this. Since it is my profession (PLC software developer), I put Beckhoff PLC into the electrical cabinet. And an electrician connected it and signed off the papers. The PLC controls lights and some heating in the house. The software is written by me. During these years, I just updated software logic for controlling lights (central switch on/off, etc).
Did not plan and honestly did not think about it before but now I have to sell the house. And what worries me is how potential sellers are gonna react to this. Can that be a negative and scaring away feature? What about takstmann? Thank you for replies.

No, I did not ask house brokers about it.
